Located in the Appalachian Foothills of the Ohio River Valley, our small farm is diverse and complex, balanced by living plants and creatures.  The soil is a nearly perfect upper layer of this Earth, rich in color and loamy, with nutrients remnant of long-ago glaciers. The banks of White Oak Creek boast an amazing natural wetland ecosystem, and eight acres of natural woodlands provide shade, shelter, and oxygen.  Hilly grassland prairies feed and shelter creatures small and large.  Numerous beneficial and pollinator gardens, fruit trees, berries, and an apiary change with each season.
